Booking Conditions and Information

Please read the important information below before you book your holiday with us. You will find relevant information of who we are, the booking process and our booking conditions. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our booking conditions as we are more than happy to advise further.

You, as a customer, are booking your holidays through Bromyard Travel Services who own boardyeti.com. Bromyard Travel Services act as a retail travel agency to your principal tour operator, who will be disclosed at the time of booking. We as your travel agent, under terms set out by The Travel Trust Association will provide you with your tour operator's ATOL number on every receipt issued, together with a safe seat plan certificate at the time of booking to cover all monies paid to Bromyard Travel Services on behalf of boardyeti.com for your financial protection.

Acting as a booking agent, Bromyard Travel Services will provide you with your total holiday costing and deposit amount due at the time of booking for the services required. Your receipt will show your holiday total costing, a full breakdown of services including lift passes, board carriage, lessons, hire of equipment, plus any special requests given to us. Your receipt will be sent to you, together with a copy of the services booked for your signature and must be returned back to us at your earliest convenience, being your booking form to sign if not supplied by your tour operator.

Your invoice from your tour operator will act as your confirmation of the services you require, your contract and the tour operator's booking conditions to which you are legally bound. The holiday invoice will be sent to you from Bromyard Travel Services once we have checked all details and we urge you to read through all the booking details thoroughly, advising us of any errors or amendments required. Any amendments and cancellations after the initial invoice will be charged at your tour operator's fees as set out in their booking conditions. We are unable to accept any responsibility if any errors are not brought to our attention after this stage.

We are bound by the Data Protection Act and are only able to take information, cancellations and amendments from the party leader/1st named person, being unable to disclose any information to any other person. This includes any other party members on your booking, although in the case of group bookings we are able to take individual payments for your deposit on the holiday from each member . We recommend the balance and final payments in group bookings are made by the party leader at a minimum of 10 weeks prior to departure.

Payment for your bookings can be made by debit cards and credit cards (2.5% charge will be applied to all credit card transactions), and we are more than happy to accept cheques for your balance payments to your booking, posted to our office in Bromyard. Please note boardyeti.com does not sell or include travel insurance of any kind and we advise you to purchase cover at the time of booking to cover all eventualities.

Tickets will be posted to the party leader once received by this office, and we will telephone you to advise they are on their way to you.

Prices shown are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice by our suppliers, prices are given as a guide and are shown with the lowest price available to us at the time of inclusion on our website, correct prices will be confirmed at the time of booking for your required departure date, duration and passenger numbers . Prices are subject to availability and change/amend very quickly without prior notice. We are supplied information on resorts, accommodation and snowboarding facilities to which boardyeti.com cannot be held responsible for any mis-representations supplied or any incorrect, unavailable facilities whilst in resort or prior to travel. Please contact us at boardyeti.com for the most up-to date information on any facilities, costings and relevant information to your required destination.

If on the odd occasion you are not happy with any services provided, either in resort or prior to travel, acting as your agent we are more than happy to try and resolve the issue with your tour operator. If you do have a dispute in resort, we strongly recommend you contact your holiday representative, being there for the purpose of assisting you.

We recommend a minimum of six months passport validity from the return date of travel for most destinations. You as a customer are responsible to check health, visa and passport information for all travellers on your booking regarding the area your are travelling to. We are unable to accept responsibility for any incorrect information given although we are more than happy to assist on where to obtain this information. For USA bookings we are able to offer a free ESTA visa service if required, please ask our staff for details.

Details on your financial security when booking your snowboarding holiday through us are shown on this website, and our suppliers are reputable ATOL bonded travel companies who we trust with your holiday.
